We've been fortunate to have exceptional guests stay at the home and look forward to hosting you. When booking through this platform for 30 days or more, a short-term rental agreement and renters insurance is required. We can provide a copy of the agreement for you to read before confirming your reservation. House rules and checkout instructions are listed in the contract. Only ID-verified guests who are listed on the reservation are allowed on the property, in the home, or overnight. To keep our rates affordable for individuals, couples, and small families, our base rate is for up to 6 guests. Over groups of six, there is a ($99/day) per guest additional fee. No outside visitors or unregistered guests are permitted on the 5-acre grounds at any time without our approval. Note: A penalty is charged for violating house rules and policies.
